CHANGE IN MEETING DATE & SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION DATE
With the change of meeting date for the Planning Board from the 4th Tuesday of the month to the 3rd Wednesday of month it also necessary to change application submission date.  This will now change from the 1st of the month to the 20th of the month to be on the following month’s agenda.

The Planning Board hears applications for processes such as sub-dividing property, site plan review for proposed sub-division, applications referred to the Planning Board from the Zoning Board of Appeals.

As of January 2025, the Planning Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
