CHANGE IN MEETING DATE & SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION DATE
With the change of meeting date for the Planning Board from the 4th Tuesday of the month to the 3rd Wednesday of month it also necessary to change application submission date.  Please note the following change to the application submission deadline: To be placed on the following month’s agenda, new applications must be submitted by the third Wednesday of the current month.

The Planning Board hears applications for processes such as sub-dividing property, site plan review for proposed sub-division, applications referred to the Planning Board from the Zoning Board of Appeals.

As of January 2025, the Planning Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
